I was introduced to Laughter Yoga in 2018 in a week long health conference.
Laughter has been blessing my life ever since.
I earned certifications as a Laughter Leader in 2021 and Laughter Teacher in 2025.
It is my desire to share the benefits of laughter through local laughter clubs, laughter clinics at senior's residences and healthcare centres, school programs, and workplace wellness programs.
